مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه – بیش فعالی (ADHD) یکی از بیماری های نسبتا شایع کودکان در سراسر جهان میباشد که با نشانه‌هایی نظیر پرخاشگری، بیش فعالی، اضطراب و کمبود تمرکز همراه میباشد. با توجه به عوارض جانبی دارو درمانی بکارگیری روش های غیردارویی باید مد نظر قرار گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه اثر موسیقی آرام بی کلام ایرانی و غیرایرانی بر بهبود نشانه‌های ADHD انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل در سال1401در موسسه آموزش عالی زند شیراز بر روی 60 کودک ADHD انجام گرفت. با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 60 نفر کودک که مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی بودند، بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند (هرگروه 20 نفر). گروه آزمایش 1 و 2 به ترتیب تحت مداخله 20 جلسه 60 دقیقهای موسیقی درمانی ایرانی و غیر ایرانی (موتزارت) قرار گرفتند. مشارکت کنندگان با فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و آزمون کانرز والدین (1960) در 2 مرحله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس یکطرفه، با بسته آماری SPSS نسخه 24 در سطح معناداری 0/05>p انجام شد.
یافته ها: بین گروهها از نظر سن و جنسیت تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05<P). نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات گروه موسیقی آرام ایرانی با غیر ایرانی تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح 0/05>p وجود دارد. بین میانگین نمرات گروه های موسیقی آرام ایرانی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری در سطح 0/001>p وجود دارد، اما بین میانگین نمرات گروه های موسیقی آرام غیر ایرانی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/05p>).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر در ارتباط با مقایسه 2 نوع موسیقی آرام و بی‌کلام ایرانی چشم آذر و کلاسیک و مدرن موتزارت نشان می‌دهد که موسیقی‌هایی که با فرهنگ بیمار همخوانی داشته باشد منجر به بهبود کودکان مبتلا به ADHD می‌شود
