مقدمه: زندگی زناشویی می‌تواند تحت تأثیر فعالیت‌های جنسی انسان قرار گیرد که نتایج نشان می‌دهد برای وی اهمیت زیادی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی با برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی در زوج‌ها می پردازد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد متأهل شهر بندرعباس در سال 1395 بودند که 600 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای به کار گرفته‌شده، پرسشنامه برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی (SESII)، پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی (ISS) و پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تجارب در روابط نزدیک (ECR-R) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه و نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی با رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی وجود دارد (0/05 >p). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی باهم 77/3% از واریانس برانگیختگی جنسی و 22/9% از واریانس بازداری جنسی را تبیین می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان آموزش و مداخله در بهبود رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی را به‌عنوان یک روش مؤثر در افزایش برانگیختگی جنسی و کاهش بازداری جنسی پیشنهاد داد.
