fa فهم اعتیاد جنسی در پیوند با خودپندارۀ معتادان جنسی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: اعتیاد جنسی کنش‌ها، تخیلات و گرایشات جنسی را شامل می‌شود که کنترل آن برای فرد معتاد جنسی بسیار دشوار است و این مسئله منجر به بروز مسائل جدی در زندگی روزمره فردی و اجتماعی آنها می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر فهم خود پنداره شخصی معتادان جنسی و شناخت مقولاتی است که در شکل‌گیری و تشدید پدیده اعتیاد جنسی نقش داشته است. </span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> روش مورد استفاده در این</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کیفی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">است</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در فرایند پژوهش از نظریه زمینه‌ای استفاده</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شده</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">است. داده‌ها با</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استفاده</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مشاهده</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مشارکتی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تکنیک</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مصاحبه عمیق</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گردآوری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شد. بر</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اساس</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نمونه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گیری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدفمند</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نمونه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گیری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نظری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">معیار</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اشباع</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نظری، 40 نفر</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">معتاد جنسی در سال 1396و 1397 از شهر تهران &nbsp;در تحقیق مشارکت داشتند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: براساس یافته‌های حاصل از این تحقیق، چهار &nbsp;مقوله شامل &laquo;تقدیرگرایی و تسلیم‌پذیری، انزوای تحمیلی، انگارۀ خودکم‌پنداری و اعتماد ناپایدار&raquo; برساخته شد. بر این اساس مشخص شدکه کنش جنسی اعتیاد گونه معتادان جنسی به شدت متأثر از تجربیات و تعاملات خانوادگی- محیطی آنهاست که این کنش در ادامه زندگی معتادان جنسی با عدم کارکرد درست نهادهای دیگر اجتماعی همچون نهاد آموزشی و حقوقی تشدید شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بر این اساس چهار مقوله حاصل از داده‌های تحقیق در حول مقوله هسته &quot;خودپندارۀ منفی مقوم اعتیاد جنسی&quot; تنیده شدند. </span></span> <strong><em>Background</em></strong> <strong><em>and Purpose</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong> Sexual addiction includes actions, imaginations, and sexual attitudes It&#39;s very difficult to control it for a sex addict, and this leads to serious issues in their individual and social life. The present study, entitled Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the Self-Concept of Sexual Addicts, seeks to examine the categories that have been formed in the experience of sex addicts.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> The method used in this research is qualitative and has been used in the research process from <a href="http://www.iac-alzahra.com/Portals/8/Dr.Madahi.pptx">Grounded Theory. Data were collected using participatory observation method and deep interview technique. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</a><br> <strong><em><a href="http://www.iac-alzahra.com/Portals/8/Dr.Madahi.pptx">Finding: According to the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling and theoretical saturation criterion, 40 sex addicts participated in the research. According to the findings of this research, four categories including &quot;fidelity and consolation, imposed isolation, self-reflection, and unstable trust&quot; were developed.
