fa بررسی علل خطرساز سرطان نان اپیتلیال تخمدان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> سرطان‌های نان اپیتلیال تخمدان شامل تومور ژرم سل و طناب جنسی 10% سرطان‌های تخمدان را تشکیل می‌دهند. اما در منطقه جغرافیایی ما شیوع بیشتری دارند. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی فاکتورهای خطرساز ایجاد این بیماری انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 28 بیمار با سرطان نان اپیتلیال تخمدان و 84 زن سالم مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک زنان به‌عنوان کنترل وارد این مطالعه شدند و فاکتورهایی مانند سابقه باروری و خصوصیات فردی را موردبررسی قراردادیم.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در مطالعه ما سن ازدواج ، سن اولین بارداری ، سن آخرین بارداری ، تعداد بارداری‌ها، تعداد زایمان‌ها ، تعداد سقط، سن قاعدگی ، سن یائسگی و استفاده از قرص‌های جلوگیری از بارداری و سابقه سرطان در خود فرد و خانواده‌اش در بین دو گروه مورد و کنترل ازنظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشتند ولی شاخص توده بدنی بین دو گروه تفاوت آماری معناداری داشت (017/0 =</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">p</span></span></em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری :</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شاخص توده بدنی یک فاکتور خطر برای ایجاد این نوع سرطان می‌باشد.&nbsp;</span></span> <strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> Non-epithelial ovarian cancers consist of tumors with germ cell and stroma basis and metastatic ovarian tumors. These tumors consist 10% of ovarian cancers but are more common in our region. In this study our purpose was to have a look at risk factor of these tumors.<br> <strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> We studied 28 patients with non-epithelial ovarian and 84 control cases were also collected from those who came to genecology&rsquo;s clinic.
