fa بررسی مقایسه ای میزان رعایت حقوق بیماران در بخش‌های بستری بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بیماران از نظر جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی یکی از آسیب پذیرترین گروه های اجتماعی می باشند. رعایت حقوق بیماران نتایج مفیدی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از جمله کاهش مدت زمان بستری در بیمارستان و افزایش رضایت بیماران را در بر خواهد داشت. این مطالعه جهت بررسی میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار در بخش‌های بستری بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام‌شده است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در این مطالعه توصیفی </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مقطعی 137 نفر از کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه 12 سوالی جمع آوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید اخلاق پزشکی و پایایی آن با ضریب کرونباخ آلفا 81% تایید شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی، آزمون آنالیز واریانس و آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Tukey</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> توسط نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS.V21</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> رعایت حقوق بیمار </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در 6/41% موارد مطلوب، در 5/55% موارد متوسط و در 9/2% موارد نامطلوب بود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بین رعایت حقوق بیمار در بخش‌های مختلف تفاوت معنی‌دار از نظر آماری وجود داشت (001/0</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">p</span></span></span></em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار در بخش‌های زنان و زایمان و عفونی پایین‌تر از سایر بخش‌ها بود.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار در اکثر بخش‌های بستری در حد متوسط تا مطلوب است. با این وجود میزان رعایت این حقوق در برخی بخش‌های بستری در حد نامطلوب است. با ریشه‌یابی علل این تفاوت‌ها می توان برنامه ریزی در جهت بهبود میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار انجام داد.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:119.05pt;"><strong><em>Background:</em></strong> Patients are one of the most vulnerable social groups. Respecting patients&rsquo; rights will lead in advantages like &ldquo;decrease in hospitalization time&rdquo; and &ldquo;increase in patients&rsquo; satisfaction&rdquo;. This study is performed to assess the patients&#39; rights observance in the hospitalization wards of educational hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p style="margin-left:119.05pt;"><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive-cross sectional study 137 medical student (intern) were selected by convenience sampling method. We used a questionnaire with 12 questions. Reliability of questionnaire was confirmed by experts of the field and validity was confirmed by Cronbach&rsquo;s Alpha coefficient (81%). The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS (v21) using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and Tukey test.</p> <p style="margin-left:119.05pt;"><strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> In this study the observance rate of patients&rsquo; rights was at a good level in 41.6% of cases, at an average level in 55.5% of cases and at a low level in 2.9% of cases. There was a significant difference between several hospitalization wards in the observance rate of patients&rsquo; rights. (<em>p</em> = 0.001). The observance rate of patients&rsquo; rights in infectious disease ward and gynecology ward was at a lower level in comparison with other wards.</p> <p style="margin-left:119.05pt;"><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The observance rate of patients&rsquo; rights was at an average to good level in most of hospitalization ward. However this observance rate is at a low level in some wards.
