fa بررسی جهت گیری علمی در حوزه ارگونومی: تحلیل محتوای مجله بین المللی Human Factors طی سال های 2014 الی 2023 Scientific trends in ergonomics: A content analysis of the Human Factors Journal (2014–2023) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف : یکی از روش های متداول در بررسی علمی مجلات, روش تحلیل محتوا است. اگرچه تحلیل محتوا ابزاری مفید در تحلیل روند و توزیع مقالات منتشر شده به شمار می‌رود، تحلیل محتوای مجلات ارگونومی به‌ ندرت گزارش شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، تحلیل محتوای مقالات منتشر شده ده سال اخیر در مجله معتبرJournal of Human Factors  و تعیین الگوی توزیع مقالات بر حسب مضمون های استخراج شده است. روش بررسی: با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای مستقیم، تعداد 922 مقاله منتشر شده 10 ساله اخیر از وبگاه مجله "Journal of Human Factors" استخراج و بر حسب موضوع، ملیت نویسندگان و سال انتشار دسته بندی شدند. جهت دسته‌بندی‌های موضوعی مقالات، از دسته‌بندی موجود مقالات منتشر شده و طرح‌واره درخت موضوعی وبگاه ارسال مقاله مجلات منتخب بین‌المللی استفاده شد. از نرم افزار EXCEL 2016 جهت آماده سازی و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از میان بیست و دو مضمون استخراج شده، سه مضمون اصلی شامل" بازرسی، نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد"، " ویژگی های فیزیولوژی، فرایندهای شناختی"، و" تعامل انسان ماشین، تعامل انسان کامپیوتر" حدود  50 درصد واریانس مقالات منتشر شده در  این مجله معتبر مورد مطالعه را تبیین می کنند. در این میان، تمرکز ویژه ای به مضمون " بازرسی، نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد " وجود دارد. موضوع های " بازرسی، نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد"، " ویژگی های فیزیولوژی، فرایندهای شناختی"، و" طراحی و تحلیل سیستم "در سالهای اخیر بیش از پیش سیر صعودی داشته اند. همچنین نویسندگان ایالات متحده آمریکا با 54.22  درصد فراوانی بیشترین سهم را در انتشار مقالات این مجله به خود اختصاص داده اند. نتیجه‌گیری: چارچوب مضمونی و الگوی انتشار استخراج شده در این مطالعه می تواند در برنامه ریزی آموزشی و تحقیقاتی حوزه بهداشت حرفه ای دانشگاه ها، مراکز تحقیقاتی و سازمان های مرتبط به کار رود.   Inroduction: One of the commonly used approaches in scientific journal studies is content analysis. Although content analysis is considered a useful tool for examining trends and the distribution of published articles, content analysis of ergonomics journals has rarely been reported. The aim of this study was to analyze the content of articles published over the past ten years in the reputable Journal of Human Factors, and to determine the pattern of article distribution based on the extracted themes. Method: Using a direct content analysis approach, a total of 922 articles published over the past decade were retrieved from the Journal of Human Factors website and classified according to subject matter, authors’ nationality, and year of publication. To categorize the thematic areas of the articles, existing classifications of published studies and the topic tree framework used on international journal submission portals were adopted. Microsoft Excel 2016 was utilized to organize and analyze the data. The ethical considerations of this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences (<a href="https://search.eitaa.com/?url=https://IR.ABZUMS.REC" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">IR.ABZUMS.REC</a>.1402.348). Results: Out of 22 extracted themes, three main ones—“inspection, monitoring, and performance evaluation,” “physiological characteristics and cognitive processes,” and “human-machine and human-computer interaction”—accounted for approximately 50% of the variance in published articles in this prestigious journal. Among these, particular emphasis was placed on the theme of “inspection, monitoring, and performance evaluation.” Topics such as “inspection, monitoring, and performance evaluation,” “physiological characteristics and cognitive processes,” and “system design and analysis” have shown a notable upward trend in recent years.
