fa چالش‌های سلامت سالمندان در چارچوب توسعه پایدار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">مقدمه</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">: </span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">روند روبه‌رشد جمعیت سالمندی در سطح ایران و جهان، چالش‌های متعددی را در حوزه سلامت سالمندی و در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی ایجاد کرده است. توسعه پایدار به‌عنوان چارچوبی جامع و حوزه‌ای بین‌رشته‌ای، می‌تواند رویکردی مؤثر برای بررسی و مدیریت این چالش‌ها در جامعه جهانی و ایران امروز ما ارائه دهد. این مطالعه باهدف مرور مفهومی چالش‌های مرتبط با سلامت سالمندی در چارچوب توسعه پایدار و تبیین روابط میان این دو حوزه انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">روش کار:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> پژوهش حاضر از روش مرور مفهومی بهره گرفته و با بررسی منابع علمی معتبر در پایگاه‌های داده‌ بین‌المللی نظیر </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">PubMed</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Scopus</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Web</span> <span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">of</span> <span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Science</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">google</span> <span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">scholer</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">J</span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">stor</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">و همچنین پایگاه‌های فارسی‌زبان نظیر </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:14.0pt">SID</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Magiran</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">،</span> <span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Noormags</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">و </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensani</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">به شناسایی مفاهیم کلیدی در حوزه‌های سه‌گانه توسعه پایدار (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی) و چالش‌های عرصه سالمندی پرداخته است.&nbsp; </span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">یافته‌ها موید آن است که در حوزه سالمندی چالش‌هایی نظیر هزینه‌های اقتصادی مراقبت از سالمندان، دسترسی محدود به خدمات بهداشتی،</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">انزوای اجتماعی و کاهش مشارکت اجتماعی، </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">کیفیت پایین زیرساخت‌های شهری و روستایی برای زیست سالمندان</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> و تأثیر تغییرات اقلیمی بر کیفیت زندگی سالمندان اثرگذار بوده است. درعین‌حال، مفاهیمی چون عدالت بین‌نسلی، مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان و سیاست‌های پایدار به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی در مدیریت این چالش‌ها شناسایی شدند.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که رویکرد توسعه پایدار می‌تواند به طور مؤثر و با نگاهی بین‌رشته‌ای برای مقابله با چالش‌های حوزه سلامت سالمندی به کار گرفته شود. همچنین، وجود شکاف‌های پژوهشی در این حوزه نیازمند تحقیقات عمیق‌تری است. یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند مبنای مناسبی برای تدوین سیاست‌ها و راهکارهای عملی در راستای ادغام مفاهیم سالمندی و توسعه پایدار ارائه دهد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Introduction: </span></strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">The growing trend of the aging population in Iran and the world has created numerous challenges in the field of aging health and in economic, social and environmental dimensions. Sustainable development, as a comprehensive framework and interdisciplinary field, can provide an effective approach to examine and manage these challenges in the global community and today&#39;s Iran. This study aims to conceptually review the challenges related to aging health within the framework of sustainable development and explain the relationships between these two fields.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Methods: </span></strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">The present study used a conceptual review method and examined reliable scientific sources in international databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Jstor, as well as Persian-language databases such as SID, Magiran, Noormags, and Ensani to identify key concepts in the three areas of sustainable development (economic, social, and environmental) and the challenges of aging.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Results</span></strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">: The findings confirm that in the field of aging, challenges such as the economic costs of elderly care, limited access to health services, social isolation and reduced social participation, low quality of urban and rural infrastructure for the elderly, and the impact of climate change have had an impact on the quality of life of the elderly. At the same time, concepts such as intergenerational justice, social participation of the elderly, and sustainable policies were identified as key factors in managing these challenges.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Conclusion: </span></strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt">The results of this study show that the sustainable development approach can be effectively used with an interdisciplinary perspective to address the challenges of the field of aging health. Also, the existence of research gaps in this area requires more in-depth research.
