fa مقایسه تأثیر دو روش آموزشی مختلف ( حضوری و مجازی) ﺑر توانایی تعیین رنگ دندان، توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی البرز Comparison of the effect of two different educational methods (face-to-face and virtual) on each ability to determine tooth color of Alborz University of Medical Science dental students تخصصي Special پژوهشی کاربردی Original مقدمه: رنگ یکی از مهمترین و پیچیده ترین اجزا در دندانپزشکی زیبایی است. تطابق رنگ دندان با ترمیم از سخت ترین کارها در دندانپزشکی ترمیمی محسوب می شود. یکی از جنبه های مهم آموزش دندانپزشکی آموزش و فراگیری تطابق رنگ است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر روش آموزش حضوری و مجازی بر بهبود توانایی تعیین رنگ توسط دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشکده دندانپزشکی البرز بود . مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مورد- شاهدی، 40 نفر از دانشجویان دوره بالینی دندانپزشکی البرز به تصادف به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه اول به صورت حضوری و گروه دوم به صورت مجازی تحت آموزش تطابق رنگ قرار گرفتند. از دانشجویان خواسته شد قبل، بعد و یک ماه بعد از آموزش با استفاده از سری تعیین رنگ ویتا کلاسیک، به تعیین رنگ نمونه ها بپردازند. نتایج با آزمونهای آماری کای-دو و دقیق فیشر و با نرم افزار آماری SPSS v24  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: آموزش در هر دو گروه موثر بود ولی بین روش آموزش حضوری و مجازی تفاوتی مشاهده نشد در بررسی رابطه بین جنس و ترم تحصیلی با توانایی تشخیص رنگ دندان در هر دو روش حضوری و مجازی تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نگردید. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش حضوری و مجازی در بهبود دقت تعیین رنگ تاثیری ندارد و نیاز به تبیین و تداوم آموزشهای لازم در این زمینه در دندانپزشکان عمومی و دانشجویان دندانپزشکی جهت ارتقای سطح دانش و آگاهی آنان در زمینه توانمندی تعیین رنگ را نشان می دهد. Background and Aims: Color is the most important and complicated part of aesthetic dentistry. The tooth color matching of restorations is considered as one of the most difficult tasks in the restorative dentistry. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of two training methods on the dental students’ of Alborz dental Faculty ability in determining tooth color matching. Materials and Methods: In this case-control study, 40 Alborz dental students were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was trained face to face and the second group was trained matching virtually. Students were asked to determine the color of the samples before, after and one month after the training using the Vita Classic color shade. The results were analyzed by chi-square test and Fisher exact test and SPSS v24 statistical software. Results: Training was effective in both groups, but there was no significant difference between face-to-face and virtual training methods. There was no significant difference between the semester and sex with the ability to determine tooth color in both face-to-face and virtual methods.
