fa تعیین فراوانی نمونه های کشت خون مثبت و الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی باکتری های جداشده از بیماران مشکوک به بیماری‌های عفونی بستری در بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) اهواز طی سال‌های 95-92 Determination of Frequency of Positive Blood Culture Samples and Antibiotic Resistance Pattern of Isolated Bacteria from Patients Suspected of Infectious Diseases Admitted to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ahvaz in 2013-2016 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و اهداف: تهاجم میکروارگانیسم‌ها به خون و انتشار آنها به بخش های مختلف بدن می‌تواند موجب اخلال در عملکرد ارگان های حیاتی و حتی مرگ شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نمونه های کشت خون مثبت از بیماران مشکوک به بیماری های عفونی بستری در بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) اهواز طی سالهای 95-92 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها : باکتری های جدا شده از کشت خون بیماران با استفاده از روش های استاندارد شناسایی شدند. تست تعیین حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی باکتری‌ها به آنتی بیوتیک های منتخب با روش دیسک دیفیوژن بر اساس توصیه های Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) انجام گرفت . داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22  محاسبه و جدول توزیع فراوانی رسم شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 6/6% از کشت های خون مثبت بود. از باکتری های جداشده 5/63% گرم مثبت و 5/36% گرم منفی بودند. شایع ترین میکروارگانیسم‌ها به ترتیب Staphylococcus coagulase negative  (85/%49)،               Klebsiella pneumonia  (46/%9)،  Acinetobacter baumannii  (33/%8) و           Staphylococcus aureus  (77/%7) بودند. ارگانیسم‌های گرم مثبت بیشترین مقاومت را نسبت به Ampicillin ، Ceftriaxone ، Erythromycin و Cefazolin داشتند. بیشترین مقاومت ارگانیسم های گرم منفی نسبت به  Cefazolin ،  Ceftriaxone و cefepime  وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: با تجویز مناسب آنتی بیوتیک ها، منطبق با نتایج دقیق آنتی بیوگرام و به همراه رعایت اصول بهداشتی در بخشهای مختلف بیمارستان، مخصوصا در بخش  نوزادان، می‌توان نسبت به درمان صحیح بیماران و کاهش هزینه های درمانی اقدام نمود.   Introduction: The invasion of microorganisms into the bloodstream and spread to different parts of body can cause disruption the functions of vital organs and even death. This study aimed to evaluation of positive blood cultures in patients suspected to septicemia admitted to the Imam Khomeini Hospital in 2013-2016. Materials and Methods:  In this study, blood samples of patients were cultured and isolated bacteria were identified using standard methods. Antibacterial susceptibility testing of isolated bacteria to selected antibiotics was performed using disk diffusion method based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) recommendations. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software and frequency distribution table. Results: The results showed 6.6% of the blood cultures were positive for bacteria. Isolated bacteria were 63.5% gram-positive and 36.5% were gram-negative bacteria. In our study, the most common micro-organisms in general were as follows: Staphylococcus coagulase negative (49.85%), Klebsiella Pneumonia (9.46%), Acinetobacter baumannii (8.33%) and Staphylococcus aureus (7.77%).  Gram-positive organisms have the highest resistance to Ampicillin, Ceftriaxone, Erythromycin and Cefazolin. In general, there was the highest resistance of gram-negative organisms to Cefazolin, Ceftriaxone and cefepime.
