fa مروری بر عوامل موثر بر رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش‌های علوم پزشکی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> گسترش پژوهش‌های پزشکی طی دهه‌های اخیر، ضرورت حاکمیت ارزش‌های اخلاقی و نهادینه شدن اصول انسانی در مراکز علمی- پژوهشی را نمایان نموده است. وجود انحرافات و سوء استفاده‌ها در مسیر پژوهش منجر به وضع قوانین اخلاقی و ایجاد نظارت دقیق شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر عوامل موثر بر اخلاق در پژوهش‌های علوم پزشکی می‌باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر با جستجو به صورت مروری در متون موجود در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی شامل </span></span><span dir="LTR">Google scholars, SID, Magiran</span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با کلید واژه‌های اخلاق پژوهش، علوم پزشکی، عوامل فردی و عوامل محیطی در سال‌های 2006 تا 2019 انجام گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج مطالعات بررسی شده عوامل موثر بر رعایت اخلاق پژوهش را در دو محور کلی عوامل فردی و عوامل محیطی گزارش داده اند. عوامل درونی همچون ناآگاهی پژوهشگر از موازین و قواعد اخلاق پژوهش، راحت&shy;طلبی و دستیابی سریع به نتیجه از طریق داده سازی و مدرک&shy;گرایی، باورهای دینی، شخصیت و نگرش پژوهشگر، وجدان پژوهشگر، رویکرد مدرک گرایی، مشکلات اقتصادی، محدودیت‌های زمانی و تاثیرپذیری از محیط و اطرافیان عواملی هستند که بر میزان رعایت اخلاق پژوهش تاثیر می‌گذارند. عوامل بیرونی همچون کمبود زمان، فشارهای مالی و اقتصادی، اجبار دانشجویان به ارائه مقالات علمی و همکاری نکردن استادان در فرآیند کار دانشجو، نگرانی جهت پیدا کردن شغل آینده و از دست دادن شرایط استخدامی، جو رقابتی بین دانشجویان برای افزایش رزومه کاری، تأثیر و نقش استادان بر رفتار دانشجویان و به وجود آوردن جو رقابتی که بر اخلاق پژوهش موثر می‌باشند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به مطالعات مرور شده، وضعیت کنونی اخلاق در پژوهش با وضعیت ایده آل فاصله دارد. و به جهت کاهش این فاصله اقدامات جدی و تغییرات اساسی پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</span></span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: The development of medical research in recent decades has shown the need for the rule of moral values and the institutionalization of human principles in scientific-research centers. Existence of deviations and abuses in the research path has led to the establishment of ethical laws and close supervision. The purpose of this study is reviewing the factors affecting ethics in medical research.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: Methods: The present study was conducted by the literature searching in Persian and English languages in the electronic databases including; Google scholars, SID, Magiran and PubMed, with 2006 to 2019 date limitation. The search keywords of &quot;ethics&quot;, &quot;medical sciences&quot;, &quot;personal factors&quot; and &quot;environmental factors&quot; were used for searching mentioned databases.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The literature reviews indicated that the factors affecting the observance of research ethics have reported in two general axes of individual factors and environmental factors. The researcher&#39;s ignorance of the norms and rules of research ethics, convenience and rapid achievement of results, religious beliefs, researcher personality and attitude, researcher conscience, tendency to earn a degree, economic problems, time limitations, and&nbsp; Being influenced by the environment and others are Internal factors that affected on the rate and regard of research ethics. External factors such as lack of time, financial and economic pressures, forcing students to submit scientific papers, Lack of cooperation between students and professors, worries about job finding in future or employment conditions losing, competitive atmosphere among students to Raise their resume, Professors&#39; role and impact on students&#39; behavior, and competitive atmosphere creating that affect research ethics.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the reviewed studies, the current state of research ethics is far from ideal.
