مهمی در رسیدن به نتیجۀ مطلوب درمان دارد. مطالعه&shy; حاضر، با هدف بررسی خطاهای نسخه‌نویسی دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر کرج در سال 1397 انجام پذیرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B style="font-size:10.0pt;">شد. به منظور دسترسی به اطلاعات مورد نیاز چک لیستی شامل نکات ضروری در نوشتن نسخه استاندارد و صحیح تهیه شد. سپس هر نسخه به لحاظ موارد گفته شده بررسی شد و خطای موجود در آن در لیست موجود ثبت گردید. داده‌های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و آزمون کای اسکوئر مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شیوع خطای نسخه&shy;نویسی در دندانپزشکان عمومی شهر کرج (94%) بود. شایع‌ترین خطاهای مشاهده شده در نسخه‌های مورد بررسی به ترتیب شامل ننوشتن شماره دارو (88%)؛ اشتباه در نوشتن دوز دارو (54%)؛ غیر قابل تشخیص بودن فواصل مصرف داروهای تجویز شده (35%)؛ اشتباه در نوشتن نام صحیح دارو (21%)؛ اشتباه در نوشتن فرم دارویی (18%)؛ تجویز بیش از 3 دارو در یک نسخه (17%)؛ اشتباه در نوشتن دستور مصرف دارو (12%) و نبستن انتهای نسخه (%1/8) بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> براساس یافته&shy;های مطالعۀ حاضر در نسخه&shy;های مورد بررسی اصول صحیح نسخه‌نویسی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">حد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مطلوبی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رعایت</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نشده</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بود</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">که این امر</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">می&shy;تواند موفقیت درمان و بهبود بیماران را به تأخیر یا مخاطره بیاندازد؛ تأکید بیشتر بر آموزش‌های اصولی و هدفمند طی دوره تحصیل دندانپزشکان و همچنین تدوین برنامه&shy;ریزی بازآموزی&shy;ها براساس این خلأ اطلاعاتی، کاملاً ضروری است.</span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>Prescribing medication and prescribing was the last stage of communication between doctor and patient, the quality of which plays an important role in achieving the desired treatment outcome. This study aimed to investigate prescription behavior of dentists and common prescription errors by dentists in Karaj Province in 2018.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong><a name="_GoBack">In this study, 1254 prescriptions by dentists in Karaj Province from April 2018 to February 2019, from Social Security and Therapeutic Services insurance organizations were evaluated,</a> in order to access the required information a checklist containing essentials of Standard and correct medical prescription was provided. Then, each medical prescription was reviewed for what was said and the error was recorded in the existing list.
