fa بررسی آلودگی باکتریایی آب یونیت‌های دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز به روش کشت و شمارش کلونی در سال 1398 Evaluating Bacterial Contamination of Water Supply in Dental Units at Alborz University of Medical Science Using Microbial Culture and Colony Count in 2019 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﺑﺮوز ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺧﻄﺮﻧﺎک در ﺑﯿﻤﺎران، ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب یﻮﻧﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی دﻧﺪاﻧﭙﺰﺷﮑﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف از ایﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ارزیﺎﺑﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻣﯿﮑﺮوارﮔﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢ ﻫﺎی ﺑﯿﻤﺎری زا در آب یﻮﻧﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی دانشکده دندانپزشکی البرز ﺑﻮد. روش: در ایﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ 120 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آب از ﺗﻮرﺑﯿﻦ قبل و بعد از فلاشینگ، پوآر آب و هوا، لیوان پر کن و 5 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آب ﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. سپس ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ‌ها ﺑﺮ روی ﻣﺤﯿﻂ‌های کشت EMB و Blood agar ﮐﺸﺖ داده ﺷﺪ و کلونی‌های رشد یافته شمارش گردید. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺠﺰیﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. یافته‌ها: مجموع 125 نمونه مورد بررسی آلــودگی باکتریــایی قرار گرفت. میــانگین شــمارش باکتریــایی توربین اولیه قبل از فلاشینگ 156/6921±33/5463 Cfu/ml ، میــانگین شــمارش باکتریــایی توربین پس از 30 ثانیه فلاشینگ 336/4354±00/3090 Cfu/ml، میــانگین شــمارش باکتریــایی لیوان پرکن 411/1060±67/1996Cfu/ml ، میــانگین شــمارش باکتریــایی پوآر آب و هوا 307/2666±33/2733 Cfu/ml و همچنین میــانگین شــمارش باکتریــایی آب شهری 00/280±666/83 Cfu/ml بــود. باکتری‌های تعیین هویت شده عبارت اند از: اشریشیا کولی (66/41%)، کلبسیلا (83/30%)، استاف غیر پاتوژن (6/26%)، میکروکوکوس (83/25%) و غیره. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که سطح آلودگی باکتریایی آب خروجی از یونیت بالا است و کیفیت میکروبی آب باید به طور مرتب بررسی شود. فلاشینگ آلودگی آب را کاهش می‌دهد؛ اما در جراحی‌ها و برای افراد با نقص سیستم ایمنی، پیشنهاد می‌شود که از سایر روش‌های کنترل عفونت استفاده شود. Introduction: With respect to the outbreak probability of dangerous infections among the patients, the water sources of dentistry units were taken into consideration, in view of microbial contamination. The objective of this study was to assess of pathogenic organisms of the water used in the dentistry units at Alborz Dental School. Material and methods: In this study, 120 samples from high speed handpieces before and after flushing, syringes, drinking water of units and also 5 samples of tap water were taken as control. Then the samples were cultured on EMB and Blood agar plates and the number of the bacterial colonies were counted. The data were analysed using Descriptive statistics. Results: A total of 125 samples were examined for bacterial contamination. The mean bacterial count of primary turbine before flushing was 5463.33±6921.156 Cfu/ml, the mean bacterial count of turbine after 30 seconds of flushing was 3090.00 ±4354.336 Cfu/ml, the mean bacterial count of syringe was 2733.33±2666.307 Cfu/ml, the mean bacterial count of drinking water of unit was 1996.67±1060.411 Cfu/ml. Also the mean bacterial count of tap water was 83.666±280.00 Cfu/ml. Microorganisms isolated were as follow: Escherichia coli (41.64%), Klebsiella (30.83%), Non-pathogenic Staphylococci (26.6%), Micrococus (25.83%), etc. Conclusion: The result of this study demonstrated that bacterial contamination level of dental unit waterlines is high, and the microbiological quality of the water must be monitored regularly.
