fa ارزیابی مقایسه‌ای برنامه جدید درس ترمیمی دندانپزشکی با برنامه درسی قدیم از دیدگاه هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور در سال 1394 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> دندانپزشکی ترمیمی یکی از گرایش‌های مهم دندانپزشکی است و ازاین‌رو توجه به پرورش دانشجویانی خبره که تمامی یا اکثر مهارت‌های لازم برای ورود به بازار کار را دارند از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. ازاین‌رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی مقایسه‌ای برنامه جدید درس ترمیمی با برنامه درسی قدیم از دیدگاه هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نظر 47 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه ترمیمی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه‌های شهرهای تهران، قزوین، گیلان، شیراز و یاسوج در سال 1394 توسط پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن موردسنجش قرارگرفته و همچنین پرسشنامه دموگرافیک جهت گرفتن مشخصات فردی سنجیده شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رابطه بین کوریکولوم قدیم و جدید، معنادار است (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P< 0.0014</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و کوریکولوم جدید دارای نقاط قوتی مثل ادامه و تکمیل مراحل درمانی بیماران براساس طرح درمان و آشنایی با قوانین فعالیت حرفه‌ای دندانپزشکان در درس جامع دندانپزشکی است و نقاط ضعف آن انتقال مباحث باندینگ به دروس ترمیمی پیشرفته نظری زودهنگام برای دانشجویان است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به تغییر در محتوای کوریکولوم و ارزیابی مقایسه‌ای آن با کوریکولوم قبلی و محتوای مطالب تدریس شده، تغییرات برنامه درسی ترمیمی ازنظر اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی، خالی از ایراد نیست و استفاده از نتایج مقایسه‌ای این کوریکولوم می‌تواند راهگشای اصلاحات بیشتر&nbsp; نقاط ضعف برنامه درسی ترمیمی گردد.</span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> Restorative dentistry is an important branch of dentistry and therefore it is very important to train students that have all or the majority of the skills to start practice. The aim of this study was to compare new and old curricula of restorative lessons form the perspective of faculty members of selected Iranian universities.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The perspectives and viewpoints of the faculty members of dentistry schools in the cities of Tehran, Qazvin, Gilan, Shiraz, and Yasuj were collected using a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. A demographic questionnaire was also applied to collect the characteristics of the participants. SPSS was used for data analysis and the Friedman test was administered to explore the strong and weak points.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed a significant correlation between the new and the old curriculum (p<0.0014). The new curriculum had advantages like proceeding with and completing treatment stages according to a treatment plan and familiarization with dentists profession regulation in comprehensive dentistry course. The weak point of the new curriculum was introducing the topic of bonding in advanced theoretical remedial lessons, which seems to be early for students.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> It seems that revising and modifying educational activities and content, including the curriculum of restorative lesson, are necessary in light of recent advances in dentistry.
