fa نقش و اهمیت ارزشیابی داروخانه‌های شهرستان فردیس در سال‌های 96 و 97 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ارزشیابی داروخانه‌ها به منظور مطابقت فعالیت داروخانه‌ها براساس استانداردهای تعریف شده توسط معاونت غذا و داروی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، ارتقای کیفیت ارائه خدمات دارویی در داروخانه‌ها، ایجاد رقابت با تشویق و ایجاد انگیزه بیشتر در ارتقای خدمات بهینه، کسب رضایتمندی شهروندان، کاهش شکایت مراجعین از داروخانه‌ها، تبیین نقش و اهمیت رعایت قوانین، دستورالعمل‌ها و نظارت‌های کارشناسان صورت می گیرد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در ایـن مطالعـه توصیفـی- تحلیلی جامعـه آمـاری شـامل کل داروخانه‌های شهرستان فردیس استان البرز&nbsp; در دو سال متوالی 96-97 مورد ارزشیابی قـرار گرفتنـد و از روش مشـاهده و امتیازبندی بـرای گـردآوری داده‌هـا اسـتفاده شـد و ابـزار گـردآوری داده‌هـا چـک‌لیسـت دستورالعمل ارزشیابی داروخانه‌های کشور بــوده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافتـه‌هـا: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بـراسـاس یافتـه‌هـای حاصـل از ایـن مطالعـه، بالاترین امتیـاز کسـب شـده اسـتانداردهـای ارزشیابی داروخانه،1500 و کمتریـن امتیـاز کسـب شـده 620 بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در مطالعات آماری صورت گرفته، مشخص شد در نیم سال نخست سال 97 نسبت به سال گذشته، میزان تخلفات داروخانه‌ها کاهش یافته به طوری که کاهش 12% در نگهداری داروی تاریخ گذشته، 15% در عدم حضور مسئول فنی و 40% در عرضه داروی قاچاق مشاهده می‌شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجـه‌گیـری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بـراسـاس نتایـج ایـن مطالعـه، ارزشیابی مستمر داروخانه‌ها، ضمن رتبه‌بندی داروخانه‌ها در ارائه خدمات دارویی، به ارتقای هرچه بیشتر کیفیت فعالیت‌های مراقبت دارویی کمک می‌کند.</span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>The evaluation of pharmacies in order to match the activities of pharmacies according to the standards defined by the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, to improve the quality of the provision of pharmaceutical services at pharmacies, to create competition with encouragement and further incentives in promoting optimal services, obtaining citizens&#39; satisfaction, reducing The complaints of pharmacists, explain the role and importance of observing the rules, guidelines and supervision of the experts.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this descriptive-analytical study, a total of pharmacies in the city of Fardis-Alborz were evaluated for 96 consecutive and 96 consecutive years. The method of observation and scoring was used for data collection. The data collection tool was a checklist for assessing pharmacies in the country.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Based on the findings of this study, the highest score obtained by the pharmacy appraisal standards was 1500 and the lowest score was 620.
