Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted with a pretest-posttest design with one-month follow-up. The statistical population included female student’s high school of Karaj city. 34 patients were chosen as samples and randomly were divided in 2 groups of individuals as control and experimental. The experimental groups underwent training mindfulness (8 sessions - 90 minutes), but the control group received no training and remained in the waiting list. To collect data premenstrual symptoms screening tool (PSST) of Steiner and et al and depression anxiety stress Scale (DASS) of Lovibond and Lovibond. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-24 software in two sections: descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (analysis of variance with repeated measures and Bonferroni). Results: Results indicated that training mindfulness, significantly decreased depression, anxiety and stress of female with premenstrual syndrome, and the results have had enough consistency in the follow-up period, as well (P<0.05).
