Abstract
Background and Aims: Interpersonal communication is as dynamic and face to face processes and also as importance criteria of healthy people plane of 2010 Communication between patient and nurses brings an opportunity to speed treatment rate. This study aimed at educational intervention to improve interpersonal communication among nurses based on BASNEF
Methods: This Quasi experimental study was carried out among 20 nurses Bo-Ali hospital. The intervention includes: making several group discussion for all nursing personals and also giving them self-learning package about effective interpersonal communication. At last data were analyzed by Paired T- test in SPSS software.
Results: According to the findings this survey reveals that ,there was significant difference between knowledge and attitude of nurses before and after intervention(P<0.05).based on nurses the most important factors as enabling factors to communicate interpersonal, were greeting, eye contact ,and empathy. This factors also were increased after intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Implementation of educational intervention based on cultural perspective is accessible to empowerment nurses for an effective interpersonal communication way.

Abstract
Background: In jobs where human contact is like nursing, more tension there. This destructive and multidimensional phenomenon can be increased absenteeism, reduced work efficiency and create energy and physical and mental illnesses lead to a decline in the quality of patient care. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress and general health and help reduce the stress they are.
Methods: This cross-sectional study on 78 public health nurses and Grft.prsshOsipow questionnaire included demographic information, job stress indicators (6 Stress workload involved, incompetence of duality role, scope, roles, responsibilities and physical environment) and public health have been classified.
Results: The findings show different aspects of occupational stress on 2/49% of the variation in the role and functions of stress, mild confusion, the burden of duties (45%), responsibility and physical environment (62%), stress higher.
The aspects of public health, 48% of nurses in the physical symptoms (moderate) and (63%) of anxiety in the top 40 percent in the social dysfunction in Hdpayyn and 40% of the depression at the bottom were evaluated.
Conclusion: The results of this study were determined and compared with previous studies in the same field Create occupational stress can adversely affect the performance of nurses and public health they have.Implementing ways to reduce stress and burnout can promote mental health nurses to help improve the quality of nursing care.The results will help health systems to create a quiet working conditions largely reduce occupational stress.

Abstract
Background and Aims: Due to the great importance that the nurses health and job engagement have in the health of their, colleagues and patients, this study Aim was investigated the role of work-family conflict and job stress in the prediction of job engagement of GACHSARAN city nurses.
Methods: The design of this study is descriptive and correlation crosses sectional design. The study population were included all male and female nurses working in hospitals and clinics in the GACHSARAN city. To select a sample of cluster sampling method was used that a total 100 nurses were selected. To collect information from the Carlson, Kakmar and Williams work - family conflict, questionnaire (2000), work engagement questionnaire and French et al nursing stress scale revised (2000) was used.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between job stress with Job engagement, enthusiasm and charisma at work (p<0.01) and dedicated to the task (p<0.05). Also, there is a significant negative correlation between the work-family conflict with Job engagement and all its dimensions (p<0.01). In addition, this study showed that the Predictor variables the job stress and work-family conflict are able to account for 29.4 percent of the nurses job engagement.
Conclusion: In general, considering that the interaction between family and work issues and job stress is predictors of job engagement of nurses, with education about managing and improving the nurse’s quality of their marital and family life and with training the stress management can be to improve their job engagement.

Abstract
Background & Aims: Work motivation is a key to emerge and enhance the nurse’s satisfaction and their work performance. Accordingly, the factors that affect the work motivation among nurses became essential instruments to modify and shape the work behaviors of the nurses and its consequences. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship quality of working life and emotional intelligence with work motivation of female nurses.
Materials & Methods: In this descriptive–correlational study, the statistical population was all 2000 female nurses of karaj state hospitals in the year 2018.Out of this population, 322 subjects were selected via cluster sampling method, and were evaluated via Work motivation by Hackman and Oldham (1976), emotional intelligence by Sibrea Shering (1996) and work life quality by Walton (1973) questionnaires. For statistical analysis of data the descriptive and inferential statistics methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multivariate regression were used.
Results: The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between work life quality and emotional intelligence with female nurses’ work motivation (p<0.001).
Conclusion: considering the positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and Emotional intelligence with work motivation of female nurses, it is necessary consider their Emotional intelligence in the process of recruiting and they are taking measures to train Emotional intelligence. Also managers develop and implement programs to improve the quality of work life of nurses in order to increase their work motivation.

Abstract
background: The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of emotion-oriented schema therapy on death anxiety in nurses with obsessive-compulsive personality traits.
methods: This research was practical and semi-experimental (pre-test, post-test, and follow-up) with a control group. The statistical population was nurses working in social security hospitals from 2021. The statistical sample consisted of 13 people in the experimental group and 13 people in the control group from nurses working in the Corona department, who had an average score on the personality questionnaire of the fifth diagnostic statistical guide and Templer's death anxiety. Experiment and control (13 people in each group) were randomly assigned. Templer's death anxiety scale was used to measure the research variable in the pre- and post-treatment stages.
The experimental group was treated with emotional schema therapy for 10 sessions of 120 minutes. The control group did not receive treatment. At the end of the treatment period, the post-test was performed. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS-24 software and by the variance analysis method with repeated measurements.
Result: The results of the analysis showed that this therapeutic intervention reduces the death anxiety of nurses with obsessive-compulsive personality traits working in the Corona ward. P < 0.01
Conclusion: emotional schema therapy intervention can be one of the effective treatment strategies to improve the death anxiety of nurses with obsessive personality traits. Therefore, holding training courses in this field is recommended.
