Abstract
Background: Addiction is one of the social bad phenomenon and because of family is the most vulnerable of social institution against to the adverse effects of addiction and due to head of family with drug addicts cannot perform his role as husband and father, important role of women in such families is double. Due to this group of women are the most vulnerable community groups and are at risk of serious damage to the system of family, present study describes the structure and nature of psychological problems who addict to heroin and deep understanding of the overall psychological problems. Methods: In this research was used from qualitative approaches (phenomenology). Sampling method is based on object and has been continued until data saturation. Participants were the wives of men who have been addicted to heroin .The women refer to Eynolhayat club - treatment center of addiction- in Khoy city during this research. Results: The extracted interviews were analyzed. Concepts of internal stresses associated with six subconcepts that were identified are as follow: shy, uncertain future, frustration, guard less, concern and confusion. Conclusion: This study suggests that the wives of men who addicted to heroin experience a range of psychological problems in various aspects of their life. They need psychological support and use from counseling of psychologists when faced with psychological problems. Because the women have an important role in shaping the family system, the practitioners with adequate knowledge of their spouse problems in relation to addiction husbands must support them. We can use from findings of this study to educate and raise awareness level of some organization (especially the anti-drug organization) and the nature of addiction to rise possibility comply with human psychosis problems and better support from them.

Abstract
Background: Physical activity can reduce the incidence of physical and psychological disorders such as depression. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of eight week aerobic training on plasma levels of serotonin and depression in addicted men to methamphetamine during rehabilitation.
Methods: A total of 20 men addicted to methamphetamine were referring to rehabilitation center with moderate depression were selected as a purposeful and available samples and randomly divided into two groups of aerobic training (n=10) and control (n=10). Group of aerobic training performed for 8 weeks, 3 days a week (each session for 45 min, included 10 min of warm up, running as two times of 15 minutes with an intensity of 70-75% of maximum heart rate, resting intervals of 3 to 4 min between them and 5 min cool down), While the control group hadn’t any effective physical activity. To measure levels of serotonin, in two stages, before and after training 5 cc blood were collected from the brachial vein of the subjects.
Results: Eight weeks aerobic training increased significantly blood levels of serotonin in the training group compared to the control (P<0.05) and depression were reduced significantly.
Conclusion: According to the findings it can be concluded that aerobic training can impact on blood levels of serotonin in addicted men to methamphetamine and increase plasma serotonin concentration and cause remarkable reduction in depression.

Abstract
Background and Purpose: Sexual addiction includes actions, imaginations, and sexual attitudes It's very difficult to control it for a sex addict, and this leads to serious issues in their individual and social life. The present study, entitled Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the Self-Concept of Sexual Addicts, seeks to examine the categories that have been formed in the experience of sex addicts.
Materials and Methods: The method used in this research is qualitative and has been used in the research process from
Grounded Theory. Data were collected using participatory observation method and deep interview technique.
Finding: According to the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling and theoretical saturation criterion, 40 sex addicts participated in the research. According to the findings of this research, four categories including "fidelity and consolation, imposed isolation, self-reflection, and unstable trust" were developed. The results of the study showed that the sexual activity of addicted sex addicts is strongly influenced by their experiences and family-environmental interactions that this sexual activity has been exacerbated by the continuing illiteracy of the sex addicts due to the poor functioning of other social institutions such as educational and legal institutions.
Discussion: Accordingly, four categories of research data were tied around the core of the "negative self-concept reinforcement sex addiction" core.

Abstract
Current study with the goal of reviewing The effectivness of imago training on marital intimacy between wife of addicted people in karaj Health center in (2018) was done.methodology of this study is semi experimental research in which pre-test,post-test design with control group was used. statitiscal society of this study includes 848 people and the sample size was 86 people(based on kokran formula calculations) they were put into two experimental and control groups (size of each group was 43)The assesments were used included VALTER AND TOMSON marital intimacy questionare the results were analyzed by spss software and based on single variable covariance. analysis results showed that there is a significant diffrence between the experimental group and control group in the post test in marital intimacy scores .the results of this study showed that imago training was effective to increase marital satisfaction.

Abstract
Aim: The present research was conducted with the aim of developing a tool to evaluate the organizational structure of transit centers to reduce addiction harm.
Method: This research was created with the qualitative analysis method of the questionnaire, and the psychometric characteristics were investigated with the quantitative method of confirmatory factor analysis. The research community included experts and officials working in transition centers in 2019 and 2020. Sampling in the qualitative section continued until theoretical saturation, and in the quantitative section, 237 people were sampled. In the qualitative part of the interview method with experts and officials of transit centers and through content analysis, important indicators were identified and the tool was developed, and in the quantitative part, the validation of the tool was done through confirmatory factor analysis. The research tool in the qualitative part included a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, the tool was made in the qualitative stage.
Results: a total of 10 themes in the qualitative section named founder, employees, supporting organization, physical environment, monitoring and supervision, training program, Out Reach team, statistics and information, performance and social and responsible support as The sub-codes of the organizational structure were obtained and finally led to the construction of a questionnaire with a main scale and 10 components and a total of 80 items. In the quantitative part, the results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the fit of the model with the data (RMSEA=0.02 and Chi2/df=1.16).
Conclusion: The compiled questionnaire is a suitable tool for measuring the organizational structure of harm reduction in harm reduction transit centers, and therefore, this tool can be used on a wide level to measure the provision of transit center services.
