مقدمه: در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده رابطه انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در مادران به واسطه اثری که بر توانایی خودتنظیمی فرزندان دارد بر کنترل نافرمانی مقابله ای دانش آموزان دبیرستانی بررسی شود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. حجم نمونه شامل 436 نفره از مادران دانش آموزان سه شهر ایران بود که با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای تعیین شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از سه ابزار الف: پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در فرزندپروری، ب: پرسشنامه خودگزارشدهی نوجوانان آخنباخ (YSR)و ج: مقیاس تابآوری در برابر آسیب مدسن انجام شد.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش، اثر مثبت و معنادار انطعاف پذیری والدین را بر خودتنظیمی فرزندان و اثر منفی و معنادار بر نافرمانی مقابله ای و اثر منفی خودتنظیمی بر نافرمانی مقابله ای در دانش آموزان نشان داد. ارتباط معناداری بین سن یا جنسیت دانش آموزان با انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی مادران و نشانه های نافرمانی مقابله ای مشاهده نشد (p>0.05). سایر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی از جمله سن یا تحصیلات مادر نیز رابطه ای معنادار با سازه های اصلی پژوهش نشان ندادند(p>0.05).
نتیجه گیری: انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین، هرچند تنها یکی از عوامل متعدد مؤثر بر سازه پیچیده و چندبعدی خودتنظیمی است، در کاهش نشانههای نافرمانی مقابلهای نوجوانان از طریق خودتنظیمی نقش قابل توجهی دارد. این یافته می تواند به عنوان شاهد و پشتوانه نظری قابل استفاده ای برای مداخله کنندگان حوزه سلامت روان به ویژه متخصصین حوزه کودک و نوجوان باشد.
