چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی (ADHD) یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات عصب‌رشدی در دوران نوجوانی است که شیوع آن در پسران بیشتر گزارش شده است. این اختلال علاوه بر علائم اصلی شامل نقص توجه، بیش‌فعالی و تکانشگری، با مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی و نارسایی‌های کارکردهای اجرایی همراه است که می‌تواند عملکرد تحصیلی، اجتماعی و هیجانی نوجوانان را به‌طور قابل‌توجهی مختل کند. اگرچه درمان‌های دارویی اثربخشی مناسبی دارند، اما در بهبود مشکلات تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی محدودیت‌هایی دارند. در این راستا، مداخلات مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی به‌عنوان رویکردهای غیردارویی مکمل مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند.
روش کار: این مطالعه به‌صورت یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی کنترل‌شده بر روی ۵۰ نوجوان پسر مبتلا به اختلال ADHD در شهر کرج انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، پس از غربالگری با پرسشنامه SNAP-IV و تأیید تشخیص بر اساس معیارهای DSM-5، به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی سنتی (n = 25) و گروه کنترل (n = 25) تخصیص یافتند. مداخله ذهن‌آگاهی سنتی طی ۸ هفته و در قالب دو جلسه در هفته اجرا شد. علائم ADHD، مشکلات تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی به‌ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های SNAP-IV، DERS و BRIEF در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری دوماهه ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مختلط در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی سنتی موجب کاهش معنادار علائم نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری شد (05/0 >p). همچنین بهبود معناداری در تنظیم هیجانی و کارکردهای اجرایی گزارش‌شده توسط والدین مشاهده گردید. این اثرات در مرحله پیگیری دوماهه نیز پایدار باقی ماند. با این حال، تفاوت معناداری در کارکردهای اجرایی گزارش‌شده توسط معلمان بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی سنتی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک مداخله غیردارویی مؤثر، علائم نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی را کاهش داده و تنظیم هیجان و برخی جنبه‌های عملکرد اجرایی نوجوانان پسر مبتلا به ADHD را بهبود بخشد. این یافته‌ها استفاده از این روش را به‌عنوان مداخله مکمل در کنار درمان‌های رایج حمایت می‌کند.
