مقدمه: راه رفتن شاخص مهم ارزیابی عملکرد حرکتی است و در ورزشکاران، اختلال در الگوی آن با افزایش خطر آسیب و تداوم کمردرد مرتبط است. همزمانی آسیب همسترینگ و کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی می‌تواند الگوی فعال‌سازی عضلات اندام تحتانی را تغییر دهد. هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه طیف فرکانس فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات منتخب اندام تحتانی حین راه رفتن در ورزشکاران مبتلا به این همزمانی با افراد سالم بود.
روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی مقایسه‌ای، ۴۰ ورزشکار ۱۶ تا ۳۵ ساله در دو گروه شاهد (۲۰ نفر) و گروه مورد (۲۰ نفر) تقسیم شدند. فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی سطحی هشت عضله منتخب (تیبیالیس آنتریور، گاستروکنمیوس، وستوس مدیالیس، وستوس لترالیس، رکتوس فموریس، سمی‌تندینوس، بایسپس فموریس و گلوتئوس مدیوس) حین راه رفتن ثبت و میانه فرکانس در فازهای برخورد پاشنه، میانه اتکا و هل‌دادن محاسبه شد. برای مقایسه بین‌گروهی از آزمون تی مستقل استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها:  طیف فرکانس عضلات وستوس مدیالیس (028/0=p) و رکتوس فموریس (006/0=p) در فاز برخورد پاشنه ، تیبیالیس آنتریور (012/0=p)، وستوس لترالیس (021/0=p) و وستوس مدیالیس (018/0=p) در فاز میانه اتکا ، رکتوس فموریس (049/0=p) و بایسپس فموریس (019/0=p) در فاز هل دادن اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه شاهد و مورد مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری: تغییرات طیف فرکانس عضلات اندام تحتانی در فازهای مختلف راه رفتن احتمالاً بیانگر پاسخ عصبیعضلانی جبرانی برای تثبیت ناحیه کمریلگنی در این ورزشکاران است و می‌تواند برای طراحی برنامه‌های توانبخشی هدفمند جهت اصلاح الگوی فعال‌سازی عضلات و کاهش بار وارده بر ستون فقرات به‌کار رود.
