fa بررسی رضایت مندی مراجعه‌کنندگان به دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در سال 1397 Assessment of patients’ satisfaction attended the dental faculty of Alborz University of Medical Sciences in Karaj in 2018 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای کیفیت ارائه خدمات، میزان رضایتمندی مراجعین از خدمات ارائه شده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان رضایتمندی مراجعه کنندگان به دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 258 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به بخشهای آموزشی جراحی، پروتز، پریو، ترمیمی، اندو و رادیولوژی در سال 1397 انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد Dental Satisfaction استفاده شد. آنالیز دادهها با استفاده از آزمون T مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفهANOVA)) توسط نرمافزار SPSS-20 انجام شد. یافته ها:  میانگین سنی بیماران 3/11±1/43 سال که 8/48% مرد و 2/51% زن بودند. میانگین میزان رضایتمندی بیماران (از 100 نمره) در حیطه کنترل درد 8/12±7/77 ثبت شد. بیشترین رضایتمندی در حیطه کنترل درد مربوط به بخش پروتز (9/7±9/90) و کمترین آن نیز بخش جراحی (5/11±8/69) بود. بیشترین رضایتمندی بیماران در حیطه دسترسی  مربوط به بخش جراحی (8±8/80) و کمترین آن بخش اندودنتیکس (10±4/71) ذکرشد. رضایت مندی کلی بیماران 6/5±5/78 بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که میزان رضایتمندی بیماران مراجعهکننده به دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در حد مطلوب قرار دارد. با این وجود در برخی از حیطه های درمانی نیاز به بررسی بیشتر برای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات درمانی وجود دارد. Background: Patient’ satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of the quality of dental service. This study aimed to assess the satisfaction of patients referring to the dental faculty of Alborz University of Medical Sciences in Karaj, Iran. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 258 patients who attended surgery, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, restorative, and radiology departments in 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software. Independent T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to compare the mean satisfaction scores between sections. Results: The mean age of patients was 43.1±11.3 years old. Overall, 48.8% of patients were male and 51.2% were female. The satisfaction of patients was 77.7±12.8 in the pain area. The most satisfaction in the pain management area was in the prosthodontics department (90.9±7.9) and the least in the surgical department (69.8±11.5). The most satisfaction in the access area was in the surgical department (80.8±8.0) and the least in the endodontics department (71.4±10.0). Overall satisfaction was 78.5±5.6. Conclusion: The result of this study showed that the satisfaction rate of patients referring to the dental faculty of Alborz University of Medical Sciences is at the optimum level.
