fa طراحی پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش های پزشکی Designing Professional Ethics Questionnaire in Medical Research تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اخلاق‌مداری در پژوهش یکی از مقوله های پرکاربرد اخلاق حرفه‌ای است. اخلاق پژوهشی بر موارد عینی و جزیی رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش تمرکز داشته و برای حل معضلات اخلاقی تحقیقات علمی تلاش می کند. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی پرسشنامه اخلاق در پژوهش های پزشکی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضای هیات علمی وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی به تعداد 20998 نفر بود و نمونه آماری 378 نفر با استفاده از روش احتمال وند تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حاصل از تحلیل محتوای کیفی تماتیک بود. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تحلیل عامل تاییدی انجام شد. جهت بررسی پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ و به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS و PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی نشان دهنده هفت عامل برابر 170/60 درصد واریانس تبیین شده است که این عوامل با اجرای تحلیل عامل تاییدی توسط نرم افزار smart PLS مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ برابر 915/0 گزارش گردید.  نتیجه‌گیری: نسخه نهایی این پرسشنامه۳5 گویه ای که با 7 عامل (پایبندی به اخلاق پژوهش، پیامدهای اخلاق پژوهش، موانع حسن رفتار پژوهش، نهادینه سازی اخلاق، اصول فردی، سیاستگذاری، اخلاق سازمانی) مورد تایید قرار گرفته را می توان به عنوان ابزاری روا و پایا برای سنجش میزان رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش های پزشکی به کار برد. <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div>Abstract   <img alt="" src="file:///C:UsersUSAAppDataLocalTempmsohtmlclip1�1clip_image001.emz" >    </div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Introduction: Ethics in research is one of the most widely used categories of professional ethics. Research ethics focuses on the objective and partial cases of observing ethics in research and tries to solve the ethical problems of scientific research. The present study intends to survey the rate of observance of research ethics in medical research and design a questionnaire of ethics. Method: This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population included all the 20998 faculty members of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the statistical sample was 378 people who were selected to participate in the study using the probability method. The data collection tool was a self- constructed questionnaire resulting from thematic qualitative content analysis. The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used for data analyzing. Cronbach's alpha method was used to evaluate the reliability, and a statistical analysis of the results was done by SPSS and PLS software. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed seven factors equal to 60.170% of the variance. These factors were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis by smart PLS software. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method equal to 0.915.
